Vónin wanted to increase its online presence through paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to reach more potential customers. However, with a tight schedule and diverse responsibilities, Vónin had limited time to plan and execute a long-term digital strategy.

Additionally, Vónin’s customers have varying needs. To address this, we designed and implemented a multi-step marketing strategy, allowing us to target communication effectively and engage the audience by segmenting it into different groups.

Streamlining Marketing and Sales Processes

The goal of the campaign was not only to ensure ongoing marketing, increased visibility, and more traffic to Vónin’s website but also to generate more concrete sales leads. The efforts resulted in more leads and conversions, such as sign-ups for product presentations on the website or completed contact forms from potential customers.

However, with these collected leads, we encountered a new challenge: a lack of insight into the B2B customer journey. Vónin was unable to clearly link their marketing and sales efforts.

We closed this gap by implementing HubSpot’s CRM system. After providing thorough training in HubSpot, Vónin can now independently connect marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a more efficient and data-driven approach.

A Result of Relevant Exposures

Through lead ads on Meta, we enabled Vónin’s target audience to visit their website without leaving the Meta platforms. This resulted in low cost per lead, with leads being transferred directly to Vónin’s new CRM system.
